At EriCrea Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality graphic design services that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered if:

  • The project has not yet started, and no design work has been delivered.

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of payment.

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances on our side.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Work has already been started or completed.

  • The client delays the project due to lack of communication or late feedback.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after work has been delivered according to the agreed brief.

  • Services purchased during promotional or discounted offers.


3. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable once the project begins, as they secure our time and resources for your project.


4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the initial work, we will provide revisions (within the agreed revision limit) to ensure the design aligns with your expectations before considering any refund request.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@ericrea.design with:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Project name or invoice number

  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision.
