6. Cancellation Policy

• Either party may cancel a project in writing

• If canceled mid-project, the client may be billed for work completed to date

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

7. Limitation of Liability

EriCrea Design is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages from the use of our services or website

• Client misuse of design materials

• Delays caused by client inaction or incomplete information

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Copy, duplicate, or misuse any content or design assets

• Upload malicious software or engage in harmful activity

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Changes to Terms
